Welcome to Freibakery! I'm Mary Freiberger, proudly serving customers in the Kyle, Buda, and South Austin area.

Freibakery was born out of a love for the smell of fresh baked bread and the tangy taste of a loaf of sourdough broken around the table with company. I’ve been making sourdough bread for nearly 30 years, ever since winning a red ribbon for it at the county fair at 8 years old!

Each loaf is made entirely by hand with an investment of time and top-quality ingredients. Thank you for making my breads a part of your next gathering of family or friends!
